Flax bread

You can change the composition of flours, for example substitute some of them with rye flour so that the nutritional value of the bread improves.

1 l water or milk
60 g yeast
2 tsp salt
(1 tsp aniseed)
0,5 dl syrup
1 dl ground flaxseed
6 dl yeast bread flours
1 l wheat flours

Dissolve the yeast in warm water or milk. Add salt, (aniseed,) ground flaxseed and syrup. Knead the flours until the dough is smooth. Cover with a cloth and let rise in a warm place. Bake to four round bread and put them in baking platter and allow to rise. Prick them with fork. If you want a colourful surface for the bread, grease them with egg. Bake the bread in 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
