Nowadays people are again realizing the versatile benefits of flax: flaxseeds contains a great deal of beneficial components such as essential fatty acids and both soluble and insoluble fibres.
Flaxseeds contain about 30 % of flaxseed oil which holds the essential fatty acids. The fibres of flax improve the function of stomach and help eg in constipation.
